摘    要:中国白酒堪称中华国粹,其独特的生态酿造体系赋予了产品丰富多彩的产品特性。本文从社会生态、自然生态、产区生态、人体生态等几个方面阐述了白酒的生态价值内涵,为深度认识中国白酒产业提供参考。

Abstract:Chinese Baijiu is regarded as the quintessence of Chinese culture,and its unique ecological production system has given the products rich and colorful characteristics.This paper expounds on the ecological value of Baijiu from the aspects of social ecolo-gy,natural ecology,ecology of the producing area and human body ecology,so as to provide reference for the deep understanding of Baijiu industry.
