| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是落实科学发展观、实现经济增长方式根本性转变的一项重大战略决策,我们要从战略和全局的高度去认识发展循环经济的极端重要性和紧迫性。循环经济可以充分提高资源和能源的利用效率,实现社会、经济和环境的“共赢”发展,可以将生产和消费纳入一个有机的可持续发展框架。酿酒行业发展循环经济,对于行业的健康稳定发展,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The development of circular economy is a critical strategic decision to carry out scientific development viewpoint and to realize the fundamental change of economic growth pattern.We should understand the urgent and extreme significance of the development of circular economy from strategic and global standpoint.The development of circular economy could make full use of resources and energy and increase their use rate and realize "win-to-win" development among society,economy and environment.Besides,it could bring production and consumption into an organic sustainable development frame.The development of circular economy in wine-making industry is helpful for health and stable industrial development and is of great significance.(Tran.by YUE Yang) |
