微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大花红景天中有害重金属的方法

摘    要:目的建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定大花红景天中有害重金属的方法。方法以硝酸+过氧化氢作为消解体系,微波消解用作前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱作为检测手段,同时测定大花红景天中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)的含量。结果 Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),方法检出限0.005~0.01 mg/kg,方法回收率85.5%~97.1%,RSD 0.6%~6.1%。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可为大花红景天的质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in Rhodiola crenulata by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Methods Taking HNO3+H2O2 as the system of digestion,microwave digestion as the pre-treatment method,the contents of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in Rhodiola crenulata were determined by ICP-MS.Results All the elements showed good linearity (r≥ 0.9995).The detection limits of the method were 0.005-0.01 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 85.5 %-97.1% with RSD of 0.6 %-6.1%.Conclusion The developed method can be convenient,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Rhodiola crenulata.
