近五年金银花研究进展

目的介绍近5年来金银花种质资源、化学成分及指纹图谱的研究进展。方法综述近5年国内外的金银花研究资料。结果中国药典2005年版规定金银花的来源为忍冬科植物忍冬的干燥花蕾或带初开的花,金银花中绿原酸含量不得少于1.5%,木犀草苷的含量不得少于0.10%。已发现黄酮类亦是金银花抑菌有效成分之一。以单一化学成分为指标的指纹图谱进行了较多的研究。结论应该增加多指标的液相指纹图谱来综合评价金银花药材质量,还要对木犀草苷的含量进行控制,以保证中药的内在质量。

Progress on Flos Lonicerae in Last Five Years

Objective To introduce the progress on Flos Lonicerae in germplasm resource,chemical composition and fingerprint in the last five years.Methods The research data on Flos Lonicerae in the last five years were consulted and summarized.Results The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005) had ordained that the origin of Flos Lonicerae was the dry bud or flower of Lonicera japonica Thunb,and the contents of caffeotannic acid and galuteolin in Flos Lonicerae were not less than1.5% and 0.10%,respectively.It had been found that flavonoids in Flos Lonicerae were also an effective component for bacteriostasis.The fingerprints of single components had been studied.Conclusion The pharmacological studies and fingerprints of the effective compositions in Flos Lonicerae should be established for the quality control of Flos Lonicerae.
