| Abstract: | Physicochemical characteristics,biological activities, productive preparation and prospective application of trehalose are reviewed .Trehalose has special properties for stabilization of biomaterials.Trehalose can be producted by microbe drawing,microbe fermentation,enzyme synthesis and gene engineering etc.It has wide application in biopharmaceutical ,food and cosmetic,etc. |
