补料发酵生产辅酶Q10的研究

摘    要:目的研究酵母菌HY-05发酵生产辅酶Q10提高产量的方法。方法研究不同初糖浓度及补加方式,补加玉米浆和控制溶氧对酵母菌发酵过程中菌体量和辅酶Q10产量的影响,确定辅酶Q10补料分批发酵的最佳条件。结果酵母菌HY-05产辅酶Q10的量达到156.2mg/L,与不补料相比产量提高了58.1%。结论此法能提高酵母菌HY-05发酵生产辅酶Q10的产量。

Abstract:Objective To study the method of enhancing the yield of CoQ10 by fermentation from yeast HY-05. Methods The effects of different initial sucrose concentration, feeding mode of sucrose, feeding of corn steep liquor and dissolved oxygen on some parameters, such as yield of CoQ10, biomass of yeast, during the fermentation process of CoQ10 were studied. The optimum condition of fed-batch fermentation of CoQ10 was confirmed. Results Under these optimum condition, the yield of CoQ10 reached to 156.2 mg/L, which were 58.1% higher compared with the fermentation without feeding sucrose and corn steep liquor. Conclusion This method can enhance the yield of CoQ10 by fermentation from yeast HY-05.
