| 摘 要： | 介绍了HACCP危害分析预防体系对奶粉生产的重要性。如何依据奶粉生产工艺从原料奶验收到成品出厂的整个工艺过程中，分析出可能存在的危害及具体解决方法和步骤，并又叙述了合理设置取样点和检测的项目以及CCP点的具体控制方法。
