摘    要:益生素与健康的关系在本世纪逐步为人们所认识和了解。随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,肠内微生物群落及其与长寿和抵抗疾病的关系正逐步为人们所关注和研究。文中介绍了目前用作人类益生素制剂及其营养与疗效,并对益生素的未来应用作了展望。可以预见:益生素在食品工业和制药业等行业中将起着越来越重要的作用。

Abstract:The relationship of health and probiotics has gradually been known since this century.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living conditions,intestinal microflora and its relation with long life,and prevention of disease becomes more and more concerned. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the composition of current probiotic preparations for human and its nutritional and therapeutic benefits.And the future applications of probiotics for human are also concerned. In this paper we may foresee that probiotics will play a more and more important role in food industry and pharmacy sectors.
