摘    要:探讨益生菌及其制品中胆盐水解酶降血压的理论依据,并阐述了益生菌胆盐水解酶的特性,对菌体自身的影响和其对宿主发挥的功能特性,展望了胆盐水解酶的未来吁究方向和发展趋势。

Abstract:The basis by which probiotics in vivo and vitro induced the lowing of hypertension is discussed in this article. And the characteristics of BSH enzymes,the role or impact acdvity of BSHs on bacteria and the host,prospect the future directions and applications of BSHs is also well illustrated.
