乳及乳制品的抗生素和其他兽药残留问题

对我国牛乳抗生素及其他兽药残留问题进行了文献调查和初步现场调查。“无抗乳”风波无疑为我国众多乳品企业敲响了警钟，“无抗”和“限抗”业已成为食品国际市场进入准则，也必将在国内成为市场准入规则；我国相关政府部门也加紧了完善法规、标准及管理的工作，提出了近期乳业发展规划，重点也是保证和提高乳及乳制品的品质和安全性：总之，虽然目前在我国不能完全实现“无抗乳”，但乳品企业、养殖业及其管理部门都应该引起足够的重视，因为在不远的将来，“无抗”和“限抗”势在必行。

Issue of antibiotics and other veterinary drug residues in milk

The current situation of the antibiotic and antimicrobial chemical r esidues in milk of the country was reviewed. It is imperative under the situatio n that dairy companies of the country must pay enough attention and launch strat egies on antibiotic or veterinary drug control, for the government are construct ing and revising correlative law and standard, strengthening the inspection and control mechanism; for consumers are getting concerned on the food sanitary; and what more critical, it has become the entrance ticket to the international mark et, and will become entrance ticket in the domestic dairy market in near future too.
