| 摘 要： | 介绍了婴儿配方乳专利技术、研究概况并对发展趋势作了预测。提出保护性的免疫活性物和生长调整营养物是婴儿配方乳接近母乳的关键，代表了新一代婴儿配方乳的发展趋势。高质量、绝对安全的直接食用液态婴儿配方奶，在我国的婴儿食品市场上也会有所需求。采用DNA遗传工程已在重组宿主抗性因子方面取得进展，基因等生物新技术将使婴儿配方乳向母乳的方向更加靠近。

| Abstract: | The article introduced recent patent,research and industry achievements and forecasted the trend of infant formula progress.Protective immune host resistance factors and functional group consisting of growth modulators nutrients are key of infant formula be close to breast milk.High quality and safety ready to use infant formula will be demanded in China baby food market.Adopt DNA genetic engineering techniques as recombinant human milk proteins or recombinant host resistance factors have gotten progress.DNA gene and other biologic new technique will promote infant milk to close to breast milk. |
