| 摘 要： | 从155份原料乳样品中分离纯化得到嗜冷菌分离物16株，经微生物分类学性状特点鉴定，确定为假单胞菌10株，微球菌4株，产碱杆菌2株。由拮抗试验表明，16株嗜冷菌分离物可分成5个Dienes型；经药敏试验表明，16株嗜冷菌分离物分别对3种药物（CFP、AKN、OXA）敏感，经方差分析，菌株问差异不显著；经系统聚类分析，16株嗜冷菌分离物可分成4个大类，均对GEN、CMP、EPY、TET等抗生素耐药。 |

| Abstract: | 16 strains of Psychrophile were isolated from different site of milk production. Among 16 strains of Psychrophile, there have 10 strains of Pseudomonas, 4 strains of Alcaligenes, 2 strains of Micrococcus by microbiological characteristics studied. Most of strains have the same culture and biochemical characteristics, and show the special swarnmming growth phenomenon. In medicine sensitivity, all isolates showed GEN ,OXA ,EPY ,TET antibacterial effects. By dienes testing these, Psychrophile in experiment were grouped into five types. |
