| 摘 要： | 介绍了俄罗斯奶牛的发展状况、奶牛单产和奶产量、乳品企业的发展现状、乳制品的种类和生产现状以及俄罗斯乳制品的进出口贸易概况，总结了俄罗斯乳品行业存在的一些问题。并结合我国特点对我国乳品的研发与改进、丰富我国的乳制品的产品种类等方面给予了合理性的建议。

| Abstract: | Russian milk products have its own special qualities, such as species, flavor, processing technology, etc. Current situation of Russian dairy industry was introduced in this article, which included the state of development of cows, the yield of milk cows per unit output, the development of dairy enterprise development, the profile of the Russian dairy products import and export. A series of problems of Russian dairy industry were also summarized, and gave some reasonable suggestions in dairy study and amelioration, improving type of dairy products with our characters of our native dairy industry. |
