湛江对虾出口现状及对策研究

摘    要:对虾是湛江外贸出口的拳头产品,十多年来一直保持快速发展的势头。但随着品种不断退化,养殖大环境日益恶化,全球经济逐渐陷入低迷,出口订单大幅减少、出口价格利润"双低"等难题,产业发展受到严峻挑战,2015年以来对虾出口出现大幅下滑。本文通过分析比较了湛江近年来对虾出口贸易情况,并对其出口不合格情况进行系统的整理和分析,发现对虾产业存在产品加工程度较低、产品缺少品牌,药物残留超标问题时有发生、行业管理不够规范等问题。通过对这些问题进行分析研究,建议采取加强种苗源头管理、做好产业规划、推进产业转型升级、促进行业自治、构建多元化市场格局和加强国际交流等对策措施,以期对提高湛江出口对虾产品质量和完善我国出口水产品质量安全管理体系提供一定参考。

Abstract:Shrimp is the key product for Chinese aquatic exportation which maintains to stable growth trend in the past decade. Despite all this, the shrimp industry has been suffering a fatal blow since 2015, the exportation of which has significantly decreased due to the degeneration of variety and environmental pollution during the global recession. This article systematically analyzed the trade situation and unqualified situation of exported shrimp in recent years, it could be noticed that the aquaculture of shrimp displayed a low degree of product processing, which was also suffering serious problems like deficiency of brand awareness, and the difficulties of forbidding improper use of drugs. Based on the issues mentioned above, this article attempted to put forward several suggestions on the purpose of improving the quality of exported shrimp, in order to establish a strict quality and safety management system in China, such as enhancing regulation of shrimp seeding, promoting industrial upgrading and association of self-management, constructing a new market pattern with product diversification, advancing globe governance by reinforcing communication, etc.
