婴儿谷物食品中金属污染物检测的FAPAS能力验证结果与分析

摘    要:目的分析参加FAPAS婴儿谷物食品中金属污染物能力验证的实验结果。方法根据FAPAS组织方提供的能力验证作业指导书及常用的国标方法,对样品以及质控样品进行金属污染物成分检验检测。结果通过质控样品实验,加标回收,人员比对多种质控手段下,样品中总砷、无机砷、镉、硒、铬、铅、总汞这7种目标金属污染物均有检出具体含量,各组相对标准偏差为0.4%~10.7%。结论本次能力验证结果为满意,验证结果对提高实验人员能力水平、增强实验室竞争力具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the FAPAS proficiency testing results for metal pollutants in infant cereal food. Methods According to the FAPAS organization''s ability instructions and the commonly used national standard methods, the samples and quality control samples were tested for metal pollutant composition. Results Through quality control sample test, standard addition recovery, researchers than under a variety of means to control samples total arsenic and inorganic selenium, chromium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, total mercury that seven kinds of target metal pollutants have checked out the specific content, and the experiment groups RSD value within the prescribed scope.Conclusion The result of this ability verification is satisfactory, which has certain significance to improve the ability level of laboratory personnel and enhance the competitiveness of laboratory.
