摘    要:目的为保证实验室测试结果的准确性和可靠性,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法对肠衣中12种磺胺类药物残留量测定的不确定度进行评估。方法按照《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,对GB/T 20759-2006《畜禽肉中十六种磺胺类药物残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》进行肠衣中12种磺胺类药物测定的不确定度分析。结果建立了相应的数学模型,对测量结果的不确定度来源,如标准物质、标准溶液配制、样品称量、样品定容、样品回收率及结果的重复性等进行了量化分析。结论标准溶液的配制及稀释、样品回收率对样品的合成不确定度贡献较大。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of twelve kinds of sulfanilamide residues in casing by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. Methods Evaluation and expression of uncertainty were measured based on during analyzing twelve kinds of sulfanilamide residues in casing according to GB/T 20759-2006. Results A mathematical model was established, all of the influence factors on measuring uncertainty were found out, and the uncertainties of type A or type B were evaluated respectively. Conclusion The preparation and elution of solutions, the recoveries and the fitted linear regression equation for the calibration curve were the main source of uncertainties.
