基于市场监管视角下粮食加工品的食品分类体系研究

食品安全关系国泰民生，党和国家高度重视食品安全。食品抽检工作逐渐突显为食品安全监管的重要手段之一。正确的食品分类是抽检工作准确的基础、先决条件。然而在实际工作中发现不同法规标准中的食品分类不同，给食品抽检工作甚至是监管工作都带来一定的挑战和困难。为进一步规范粮食加工品的食品分类，提高市场监管部门开展的食品安全抽检工作的质量，助推食品安全抽检工作高质量发展，本文梳理粮食加工品的相关法规标准、总结近年来参与食品抽检工作的经验，对粮食加工品的抽检工作中食品四级分类以及判定注意事项进行比较说明，旨在能够成为市场监管体系下食品安全抽检工作的技术指导。

Research on food classification system of grain processing products based on market supervision

Food safety concerns the people''s livelihood of Cathay Pacific, and the party and the state attach great importance to food safety.?Food sampling has gradually become one of the important means of food safety supervision.?Correct food classification is the basis and prerequisite for accurate sampling inspection.?However, in the actual work, it is found that the food classification in different regulations and standards is different, which brings certain challenges and difficulties to the food sampling inspection work and even the supervision work.?In order to further standardize the food classification of food processing products, improve the quality of food safety sampling inspection carried out by the market supervision department, and promote the high-quality development of food safety sampling inspection, this paper combs the relevant laws and standards of food processing products, summarizes the experience of participating in food sampling inspection in recent years, and analyzes the four level classification of food in the sampling inspection of food processing products, as well as the matters needing attention?The purpose is to provide technical guidance for food safety sampling inspection under the market supervision system.
