摘    要:目的研究恰玛古多糖的抗氧化能力和片剂制备的加工工艺。方法使用水提醇沉法提取恰玛古粗多糖,并用Savege法除蛋白,活性炭脱色精制多糖。用提取的恰玛古多糖进行2组抗氧化实验,并使用单因素法筛选制备恰玛古多糖片剂所需的粘合剂、填充剂、崩解剂和润滑剂来确定最佳成型工艺。结果恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性;80%乙醇做粘合剂、乳糖作为填充剂、5%用量的CMS-Na作为崩解剂和硬脂酸镁作为润滑剂为恰玛古多糖片剂的最佳成型工艺。结论恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,将多糖制成片剂为进一步利用这一传统维吾尔药食两用药物、开发天然的免疫调节剂奠定基础。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To study the oxidation resistance of Brassica rapa L polysaccharide and the processing technology of tablet preparation.Method The crude polysaccharides of Brassica rapa L were extracted by the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and Savege method was used to remove protein, activated carbon decolorization and purification of polysaccharide. Two groups of antioxidant experiments were carried out using the extracted Brassica rapa L polysaccharide, and the single factor method was used to select the adhesives, fillers, disintegrants and lubricants required to prepare Brassica rapa L polysaccharide tablets to determine the optimum molding process. Results Brassica rapa L polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity, and identified 80% ethanol as adhesive, lactose as the filler, 5% dosage of CMS-Na as disintegrating agent and magnesium stearate as a lubricant for Brassica rapa L polysaccharide tablets for the best molding process. Conclusion Brassica rapa L polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity, the polysaccharide tablet lays the foundation for the development of natural immune regulator for further use of the traditional Uyghur medicine and food materials.Keywords: Brassica rapa L; polysaccharide; antioxidation; tablet
