摘    要:本文综述了多近年来国内外关于肽类抗生素最大残留限量标准与检测方法的研究成果,。简要介绍了多肽类抗生素的来源、分类与应用,以及国内外关于多肽类抗生素残留限量标准及其中的相关规定,。详细归纳总结了多肽类抗生素残留检测的方法,重点介绍和分析了微生物检测法、免疫检测法、仪器检测法及其他方法中的不同类型以及具体的研究应用成果。总结发现,当前多肽类抗生素最大残留限量标准与目标物的数量因国别或区域不同各有差异。在众多多肽类抗生素残留检测方法中,酶联免疫测定法、液相色谱-串联质谱法等是当前应用最为普遍、技术最为成熟的检测方法。随着技术的不断进步以及人类对多肽类抗生素残留检测要求的不断提升,生物传感器跟踪检测法、PDI衍生物监测法等新的监测方法不断涌现。

Abstract:This paper summarizeds the research results on peptide antibiotic maximum residue limit standards and detection methodss at home and abroad in recent years. The source, classification and application of peptide antibiotics, as well as domestic and international standards for peptide antibiotic residue limits and related regulations weare briefly introduced. The methods of peptide antibiotic residue detection are were summarized in detail, focusing on different types of microbial detection methods, immunological detection methods, and instrumental detection methods, as well as specific research and application results. In summary,conclusion it is found that the current peptide antibiotic maximum residue limit standards and the number of target substances are different depending on the country or region. Among the many peptide antibiotic residue detection methods, enzyme-linked immunoassay, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, etc. are currently the most widely used and most mature detection methods. With the continuous advancement of technology and the continuous improvement of human requirements for the detection of peptide antibiotic residues, new monitoring methods such aslike biosensor tracking detection method and PDI derivative monitoring method continue to emerge.
