摘    要:商业化转基因农作物广泛种植,转基因农产品被大量用作食品和动物饲料。我国和全球大部分国家都实行转基因生物强制标识制度。转基因农产品的现场监督检测急需稳定可靠的快速检测手段。本文论述了主要的基因水平检测方法包括PCR、基因芯片、环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)和蛋白质水平检测方法(蛋白质免疫印迹法、酶联免疫吸附法、胶体金免疫层析试纸条法)。通过比较分析上述各检测方法的优缺点,LAMP和胶体金试纸条法是当前最理想的现场快速检测方法。

Abstract:Commercial genetically modified crops are widely grown, and genetically modified agricultural products are widely used in food and animal feed.China and most countries in the world have implemented the genetically modified organisms(GMO) mandatory labeling system. On-site supervision urgently need stable and reliable rapid inspection methods on testing of genetically modified agricultural products. This article discusses the main methods of gene levels detecting (PCR, gene chip, Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and methods of protein levels detecting (western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strips). By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the above detection methods, LAMP and colloidal gold paper strip method are currently the most ideal on-site rapid detection methods.
