摘    要:目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定两种茄果类蔬菜中三唑酮及其代谢产物三唑醇对映异构体的分析方法。方法 采用乙腈作为提取溶剂, N-丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine,PSA)混合石墨化炭黑净化,经CHIRAL ?OD-RH 手性柱分离,UPLC-MS/MS测定,基质外标法标定量。结果 三唑酮和三唑醇2种农药在0.02-1.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均在0.99以上,检出限(Limits of detection,LOD)为0.02 mg/L。有机茄子、有机青椒中3个添加水平的平均回收率为71.0-97.8%%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)(n=6)在之间1.2-9.9%。 结论 该方法操作简便,准确度高、成本低,可以用于测定茄果类有机蔬菜中三唑酮及代谢物三唑醇残留。

Abstract:Objective To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for the determination of triadimefon and its metabolite triadimenol enantiomers in two solanaceous vegetables. Methods Using acetonitrile as the extraction solvent, N-propyl ethylene diamine (primary secondary amine, PSA) mixed with graphitized carbon black for purification, separated by CHIRAL ?OD-RH chiral column, UPLC-MS/MS determination, matrix external standard method Quantitative. Results The linear range for triadimefon and triadimenol are 0.02-1.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficients are all above 0.99, and the detection limit (Limits of detection, LOD) is 0.02 mg/L. The average recovery rate of the three addition levels in organic eggplant and organic green pepper was 71.0-97.8%%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) (n=6) was between 1.2-9.9%. Conclusion The method is simple to operate, has high accuracy and low cost, and can be used to determine triadimefon and metabolite residues in solanaceous organic vegetables.
