免疫胶体金快速检测水产品中孔雀石绿残留的 质量分析和评价

摘    要:目的为推动免疫胶体金类现场快速检测技术在水产品药物残留监管领域中的应用。方法本研究采用一套"盲样式"免疫胶体金类快速检测产品质量评价方法,对10种市售的用于检测水产品中孔雀石绿残留的国产胶体金快速检测产品的假阳性率、假阴性率、检出率及稳定性等指标进行验证。结果结果显示,有3种产品能100%准确检测出84个鱼糜样品中是否残留孔雀石绿,且2个不同批次产品的检测结果一致;另外7种产品检出假阳性或假阴性样品,且2个不同批次间产品的稳定性有差异。结论将此类产品应用于水产品质量安全监管之前,有必要对其最低检出限、假阳性率、假阴性率、稳定性等参数进行验证,以确保检测结果的科学性和公正性。

Abstract:10 kinds of rapid detection products which were used to detect the residue of malachite green were tested and evaluated by a kind of blind sample testing method to improve the application of rapid detection technology. The false positive rate (FPR), false negative rate (FNR), lowest detectable limit (LDL) were tested using 84 fish samples. The results showed that only 3 kinds of product could detect the characters of 84 fish samples exactly, and there was no difference between the two results using different batch of products A. The other products detected the false positive/ negative samples, the FPR/ FNR of these products were different when using two batches of products. Then results suggested that it is necessary to evaluate the LDL, FPR and FNR to ensure the impartiality of the test results before application.
