摘    要:目的建立筛查保健食品中非法添加药物的新方法。方法对39种常见减肥类药物进行离子迁移(IMS)检测,建立该39种非法添加药物的IMS检测数据库。称取保健食品一次服用量,用无水乙醇溶解,取上清液点于试纸上,直接进样。通过离子迁移谱对减肥类保健食品中可能非法添加药物进行筛查。结果离子迁移测定39种可能非法添加的药物,其筛查的假阳性率小于10%,假阴性率小于5%。结论 IMS可以用于保健食品中非法添加药物的筛查,并具有较高的筛查效率,可作为保健食品监督检测中更快速、灵敏的技术手段。

Abstract:Objective To establish a new method for screening chemicals illegally added in health foods. Methods 39 kinds of common weight loss drugs were detected by IMS to establish IMS test database of 39 potential illegal addition chemicals. The sample was dissolved with ethanol, then droped in test paper with the supernatant, after that detected directly. Ion mobility spectrometry(IMS) was used to build a screening method for illegal addition in weighting loss health foods. Results 39 potential illegal addition chemicals were detected by IMS. The false positive ratio was below 10% as well as false negative ratio below 5%. Conclusion IMS can be used to screen the drugs illegal additions in healthy foods. It has relatively high screening efficiency, and can be regarded as a rapid and reliable technique in healthy foods supervision and inspection.
