气质联用法在应急检测疑似断肠草中毒中的应用

摘    要:目的 快速查找食物中毒原因, 为中毒事件的调查提供技术支持。方法 根据流行病学调查初步判断为疑似断肠草中毒, 应用气质联用技术检测样本中的钩吻碱。结果 近两年已处理的4起疑似断肠草中毒, 共9份检测样品, 其中8份中毒样品被检出钩吻碱。结论 气质联用法可快速、准确检测中毒样品中的钩吻碱, 值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To quickly investigate the cause of food poisoning and provide technical support for the incident. Methods The possible cause of poisoning was analyzed by field epidemiological investigation, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was further applied to confirm the accuracy. Results Gel-semine was detected in eight samples out of nine samples from four food poisoning incidents in Guangdong province. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate, and it is suitable for quick analysis of food poisoning samples.
