摘    要:采用顶空气相色谱法,研究AS、ABS塑料食品接触中丙烯腈单体残留量与迁移量的关系和在不同迁移条件下丙烯腈在6种食品模拟物中的迁移量,并得出其迁移结论:AS塑料食品接触材料中丙烯腈迁移量要高于ABS塑料;在相同的使用时间和温度下,50%乙醇模拟物中丙烯腈的迁移量最大;在同种食品模拟物中,丙烯腈迁移量随着接触时间的延长、接触温度的升高而增加.

Abstract:s:Headspace Gas Chromatography was used to research the migration rule of acrylonitrile in AS and ABS plastic food contact materials migrate to 6 simulantsin the different conditions of simulation migration.Analyzed the data and summarized the migration rule.The migration of acrylonitrile in AS plastic food contact materials was higher than ABS plastic food contact materials. Under the same use condition,the acrylonitrile migration in 50% ethanol is the biggest among the different food simulants;In the same food simulant,the acrylonitrile migration increases with the contact time and temperature.
