摘    要:目的优化毛细管气相色谱条件及前处理衍生过程并用于测定酸奶中木糖醇含量。方法对气相色谱分流比、进样量、程序升温等参数进行优化,并对前处理衍生过程进行筛选。在最优条件下,以内标法定量。结果在最优化条件下进行方法学验证,测得酸奶样品中木糖醇检出限为0.02%,定量限为0.068%。加标回收范围为91%~95%,相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6)。结论该方法简单易操作,色谱峰峰形好且稳定,可用于测定酸奶中木糖醇的含量。

Abstract:Objective To optimize conditions of capillary gas chromatography and pretreatment derivative process for determination of xylitol content in yoghurt. Method The gas chromatographic split ratio, injection volume, temperature programming and other parameters were optimized, and the pretreatment derivative process was screened. Under the optimal conditions, the internal standard method was used to quantify the content. Results Under the optimization conditions, the limit of detection of xylitol in yoghurt samples was 0.02% and the limit of quantitation was 0.068%. The standard recovery range was 91% to 95%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 2% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate, and the peaks of chromatography are good and stable, which is suitable for the determination of xylitol in yoghurt.
