大数据环境下食品安全管理的创新思考

摘    要:信息时代,数据的爆炸性增加和数据的分散分布使安全管理正面临着挑战,而大数据与云技术能够帮助解决现存问题。本文通过数据挖掘技术对大量数据快速准确进行分析处理,全面高效地根据要求提供定制的服务,给安全管理提供新思路。以食品安全为例,通过分析现有食品安全存在的问题及其特征,结合大数据与云技术的功能与发展,探究性地将大数据和云数据应用到食品安全管理过程中,提出解决食品安全的创新思考。依托研制一台农药残留检测设备和建设对应检测管理体系,展现大数据在具体应用中的作用和优势。

Abstract:In the information age, the explosive growth and the scattered distribution of data make the security supervision face great challenge, while the big data and cloud technology can help deal with the problem. In this paper, the data mining technology was used to analyze the huge amount of data quickly and efficiently, which could enable the custom service and provide new ideas for security supervision. This study used food safety as an example to analyze the existing problems and characteristics, combined the functions and development of big data and cloud technologies, explored the application of big data and cloud data to the food safety supervision process, and proposed innovative thinking on food safety. Relying on the development of a pesticide residue detection equipment and construction of a corresponding detection and supervision system, big data could play its role and advantages in specific situations.
