食品快速检测方法的评价及其贝叶斯推断

摘    要:目的探讨我国快检方法的评价管理模式及应用效果。方法在梳理和比较国内外相关食品快速检测方法和产品的技术评价规范及标准的基础上,采用贝叶斯推断,将快速检测所获得的数据与食品安全监管中所使用的实验室方法检测数据相结合。结果基于贝叶斯推断,将快速检测筛查和实验室确证相关联进行评价,能够在较大程度上提高快检方法的理论有效性。有必要将快速检测与实验室确证检测相结合,有针对性地设定相应的快检检出限值及假阳/阴性率,提高检测结果的准确性。结论在实际应用中,应结合实验室方法检测数据对快速检测所获得的筛查结果进行评估,以提高风险筛查效能。在此基础上,有必要进一步规范食品快速检测方法及产品的评价标准,完善科学的评价方法及评价体系,以保障我国食品安全及快速检测行业的健康发展。

Abstract:As an important technical means to detect food safety risks on the spot, food rapid detection has attracted much attention at home and abroad in recent years, but the application effect of relevant methods and products in actual supervision of China needs to be improved. On the basis of combing and comparing the relevant food rapid detection methods and product technical evaluation specifications and standards at home and abroad, using Bayesian inference, this paper combines the data obtained by rapid detection with the data of laboratory methods used in food safety supervision, and discusses the problems existing in the evaluation management mode and application effect of rapid detection methods in China. The results show that based on Bayesian inference, the theoretical validity of the rapid detection method can be improved to a great extent by combining the rapid detection with laboratory confirmation. It is suggested that the rapid detection should be combined with laboratory confirmatory testing, and the corresponding detection limit and false positive / negative rate should be set to improve the accuracy of the test results; in practical application, the screening results obtained by rapid detection should be evaluated in combination with the laboratory method test data, so as to improve the risk screening
