减肥类保健食品中非法添加化学药物及检测技术研究进展

保健食品中非法添加化学药物的市场乱象受到广泛关注。本文一方面,总结当前减肥类保健食品非法添加化学药物的种类、化学药物名单。减肥类保健食品非法添加主要包含食欲抑制剂、能量消耗增强剂、利尿剂、吸收抑制剂、缓泻药和其他类药物;通过查阅近年来文献报道的减肥类保健食品非法添加文章和案例,列出当前已纳入监管范围的减肥类保健食品非法添加项40项,可能非法添加项共6类101项,为监管者建立和完善其检测标准提供参考;另一方面,归纳出常用的初筛技术和确证技术,执法过程中多使用快筛试剂盒法和拉曼光谱法进行初步筛查,侦查阶段以薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法和液质联用法相结合的方式检验确证,出具检测报告作为定罪量刑依据。从检测视角分析减肥类保健食品市场的现状,具有实用性,以期为减肥类保健食品的质量安全及监管机构提供参考。

Research progress on illegal additions of chemical drugs in health food for weight loss and their detection technologies

The phenomenon of illegal addition of illegal addition of chemical drugs in health food has been widely concerned. This article also summed up the common screening technology and confirmation technology. In the past, in the process of law enforcement, the rapid screening kit method and Raman spectroscopy were often used for preliminary screening in the process of law enforcement, the thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry were often used for detection and confirmation, and the detection report was issued as the basis for conviction and sentencing. This paper analyzed the current situation of weight-loss health food market from the perspective of detection, which was practical, in order to provide reference for the quality and safety of weight-loss health food and regulatory agencies.
