江苏省沙门氏菌全基因组序列中外排泵耐药基因分布及其特征研究

摘    要:目的 了解江苏省沙门氏菌的耐药及其耐药相关基因的分布状况。方法 根据美国实验室标准化临床协会的操作规范推荐的肉汤稀释法测定沙门氏菌的药物敏感性,应用在线数据库分析基于多个位点序列型、耐药基因的种类和数量。结果 至少一半以上的沙门氏菌对链霉素、氨苄西林、复方磺胺甲恶唑、四环素、大观霉素、利福平耐药。尤其是对大观霉素和利福平的耐药率高达90%以上。D群沙门氏菌是主要的血清群。ST11型为主要的序列型。与外排泵耐药相关的9种MFS耐药基因均可以检出,最多的沙门氏菌携带8种基因。结论 江苏沙门氏菌的耐药问题比较严重,在临床用药和畜牧业养殖中,应加强抗生素合理使用。

Abstract:Objective To study the prevalence of drug-resistant Salmonella isolated from Jiangsu Province and the distribution of its drug-resistance genes. Methods The sensitivity of Salmonella was detected according to the operation procedures by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute using broth dilution method. Multilocus sequence typing, and the kinds and numbers of drug-resistant genes located in whole genome sequence were analyzed using online database, respectively. Results more than half of Salmonella bacteria were resistant to streptomycin, ampicillin, cotrimoxazole, tetracycline, spectinomycin, and rifampicin. Especially for spectinomycin, at least 90% of Salmonella was resistant to it. D group is the major serogroup, and ST11 is the main ST. All nine MFS genes was detected in Salmonella bacteria isolated from Jiangsu province. Even some strains of them carries 8 efflux pump genes. Conclusion Drug-resistance of Salmonella isolated from Jiangsu province is very serious. When antimicrobials are administrated in Clinical therapy and animal husbandry, the using of antimicrobials should be more rationally.
