摘    要:目的 采用自主研发的微孔板试剂盒A和进口微孔板试剂盒B,就测定奶粉中生物素、叶酸、维生素B12 3种水溶性维生素,进行了比对研究。方法 通过绘制标准曲线、准确性实验、重复性实验及加标回收实验对2个品牌维生素检测试剂盒进行评价。结果 2个品牌试剂盒的相关系数均在0.99以上;试剂盒A和试剂盒B的生物素、叶酸及维生素B12的样品检测结果间的RSD分别为0.08%~7.25%、0.43%~9.25%和0.7%~13.91%;试剂盒A的精密度和回收率分别为1.97%~9.26%和73.67%~110.48%;试剂盒B的精密度和回收率分别为1.17%~5.4%和72.67%~120%。结论 2种试剂盒的性能均满足检测要求,试剂盒A操作较简便,可替代进口微孔板试剂盒,用于奶粉中生物素、叶酸、维生素B12 3种水溶性维生素的测定。

Abstract:Objective A microplate kit A and an imported microplate kit B were used for the determination of three water-soluble vitamins, namely, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12, in milk powder, and a comparative study was conducted. Methods Evaluation of two brands of vitamin test kits by plotting standard curves, accuracy tests, repeatability tests, and spiked recovery tests. Results The correlation coefficient for both kits was above 0.99. The RSD for biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 were 0.08%-7.25%, 0.43%-9.25% and 0.7%-13.91% for kit A and kit B, respectively. The RSD and recovery rates of kit A were 1.97%-9.26% and 73.67%-110.48%, respectively; those of kit B were 1.17%-5.4% and 72.67%~120%, respectively. Conclusion The performance of the two kits can meet the requirements of the test, and reagent kit A is more convenient and can replace the imported microplate kit for the determination of biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 in water-soluble vitamins in milk powder.
