婴幼儿辅助食品(谷类)中黄曲霉毒素B1的 检测能力研究

摘    要:目的对来自30个省(自治区、直辖市),分布于质检、食药、农业等各行业的实验室的婴幼儿辅助食品(谷类)中黄曲霉毒素B_1的测定能力进行评价和研究,了解全国食品检测机构黄曲霉毒素的测定能力,帮助实验室提高检测技术及质量控制能力。方法对各参加实验室婴幼儿辅助食品(谷类)中黄曲霉毒素B_1的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,通过稳健Z比分数评价实验室检测能力,并对离群数据进行技术分析。结果 158家实验室参加了本次能力验证计划,满意结果数为142家,满意率为89.9%;可疑结果数为4家,可疑率为2.5%;不满意结果数为12家,不满意率为7.6%。结论大多数参加实验室检测能力评价为满意,表明在全国范围内,婴幼儿辅助食品(谷类)中黄曲霉毒素B_1检测水平总体较好。

Abstract:Objective To conduct and evaluate the results of determination of aflatoxins B1 in infant foods which obtained from laboratories in 30 provinces, in order to assess the proficiency of these participated laboratories, and improve their detection and quality control capability. Methods Data from results of the content of aflatoxins B1 in infant foods were analyzed by robust statistics. The proficiency of participant laboratories was evaluated by Z score. The technical analysis was conducted for outlier results. Results A total of 158 laboratories participated in this research, among which 142 laboratories had satisfactory results, accounting for 89.9%, 4 laboratories (2.5%) had suspicious results, and 12 laboratories (7.6%) had unsatisfactory results. Conclusion Most of the participant laboratories are evaluated to have satisfactory proficiency. The results indicate that the overall determination level for aflatoxins B1 in infant foods is good.
