摘    要:兽药残留分析是食品安全实验室最广泛开展的分析项目之一,液质联用技术已成为兽药残留分析的关键技术和研究手段。除进行少数目标组分的定量测定外,多类别、多组分兽药的同时同步分析成为近年来兽药残留分析的发展趋势。液相色谱串联三级四极杆质谱和液相色谱串联高分辨质谱在兽药多残留分析中各有其特点和优势,各国研究者在牛奶、动物组织等动物源性食品中开展了抗生素等多残留的检测研究与应用工作。本文就目前液质联用技术及其在兽药多残留分析中的应用做一概述。

Abstract:Veterinary drug residue analysis(VDRA) is one of the most widely studied subjects in analytical laboratories working in the field of food safety. LC-MS is nowadays the main technique of choice for VDRA. Except of the quantitative determination of several target compounds, the trend of VDRA is mainly simultaneous analysis of multi-class multi-residuals based on MS screening method in a single analysis. Liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole MS and liquid chromatography tandem high resolution MS have many characteristics and advantages, respectively. LC-MS multi-residue methods have been developed and applied to detect such as antibiotics in animal-derived foods by researchers all over the world. This paper is focused on the progress of the current LC-MS methods applied to the cutting-edge applications on veterinary multi-residue analysis.
