摘    要:物联网(internet of things, IOT)技术的发展和广泛应用为我国食品安全风险监测提供了技术支持和保证, 有利于我国食品安全风险监测的进一步发展。本文首先对物联网的概念、技术和层面进行了分析, 指出了我国食品安全风险监测的现状, 并基于物联网的食品安全风险监测系统的构建思路, 从风险监测原则、内容、技术应用和监测标准4方面进行了详细论述。以期为我国食品安全风险监测系统的构建、解决食品安全和质量问题提供参考。

Abstract:The development and wide application of internet of things (IOT) technology has provided technical support and guarantee for China''s food safety risk monitoring, which is conducive to the further development of China''s food safety risk monitoring. This paper analyzed the concept, technology and level of the internet of things, then pointed out the current situation of food safety risk monitoring in China. Based on the construction of the food safety risk monitoring system of the internet of things, it was discussed in detail from the aspects of risk monitoring principles, content, technical application and monitoring standards, so as to provide references for the construction of China''s food safety risk monitoring system and solve food safety and quality problems.
