| 摘 要： | 近年来, 新西兰在食品监管方面不断发展, 实施了一系列新的食品监督检查措施, 这些先进的管理办法值得我们学习和借鉴。本文总结梳理了新西兰政府要求食品企业遵守的3类食品安全控制计划, 并详述了这3类计划(国家计划、食品控制计划、风险管理计划)对应的风险等级、具体的实施范围、实施步骤以及检查频率。最后, 通过结合我国食品监督检查工作现状, 对新西兰食品监督检查工作进行经验总结, 并提出3点建议, 为我国下一步食品安全工作的发展提供信息。
