基层食品安全快速检测车辆装备设计

摘    要:目的设计食品安全快速检测车辆装备方案,满足基层监管需要。方法结合基层食品安全监管部门的使用需求、现实监管情况和实际汽车的车辆参数及改造可行性,在现有量产车的性能基础上进行改造,对适合基层现场快速检测需要的装备配置、检测环境条件和辅助运行系统等方面进行增配。结果设计装备了不同车型,重点解决了储藏设施、快检实验操作空间、通风防护设施、电气设备、数据传输系统、样品及废弃物储藏设施等的安置问题。结论基层食品安全快速检测车辆装备设计体现了现场快速检测的机动性、灵活性、快速性等特点,有利于基层食品安全监管工作的开展。

Abstract:Objective To design and equip rapid food safety detection vehicles in order to meet the requirements of grass-root regulators. Methods Not only the usage requirements of food safety grass-root regulators and the reality of supervision situation were concerned, but also vehicle parameters and rebuilding feasibility were considered. Therefore, the normal produced cars were designed and rebuilt. Equipment configurations, which met to the requirement of food safety detection, were added, as well as environment facilities, auxiliary operation systems and other basic sites. Results The different vehicle models were designed and equipped. The problems of placement vehicle equipments, including storage facilities, rapid tests operating space, ventilated protection devices, electrical equipments, data transmission system, and waste storage facilities and so on were solved. Conclusion The design and equipping of rapid food safety detection vehicles for grass-root regulators embodies the characteristics of mobility, flexibility and rapidity of rapid detection, which is conducive to the development of food safety supervision at the grass-roots level.
