摘    要:碱性橙是一种碱性偶氮类工业染料,禁止作为食品添加剂。由于其易上色且不易褪色,常常被不法商贩非法添加到食品中,对消费者的健康产生严重影响。所以,建立对碱性橙的检测方法十分重要,前处理过程会直接影响到检测结果的准确性和可靠性,因此前处理过程中的提取、分离及净化过程尤为重要。本文在碱性橙的检测方法、碱性橙的提取试剂、提取方法及碱性橙前处理中固相萃取所用材料等方面进行了综述,并对样品前处理过程的优化做出了展望。

Abstract:Basic orange is an alkaline azo industrial dye,it is prohibited as food additive.That is often illegally added to food by pedlars because of easier to color and less fading,which did great damage to consumers. Therefore, it is very important to establish a detection method for alkaline orange, the pretreatment process will directly affect the accuracy and reliability of the results, so the extraction, separation and purification process in the pretreatment process of alkaline orange is particularly important. This article reviews basic orange detection methods, basic orange extraction reagents, extraction methods and materials used for solid phase extraction in the pretreatment of basic orange,and made a prospect for the optimization of sample pretreatment process.
