摘    要:目的建立了气相色谱法同时快速测定茶饮料及其制品中17种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯的多残留分析方法,以考察茶饮料及其制品中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯的残留情况。方法样品经正己烷:丙酮(9:1,V:V)提取、浓缩后直接进样分析,以DB-17(30 m×250μm,0.25μm)、DB-1(30 m×250μm,0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定,峰面积外标法定量。结果 17种农药含量在0.1~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.02~0.40μg/L,平均回收率为77.8%~129.7%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~9.9%。结论该方法具有简便、快速、成本低、灵敏度高、农药提取效率高、农药与杂质分离效果好等优点,适用于茶饮料及其制品中多种常见有机氯、拟除虫菊酯残留的分析,为茶饮料及其制品的质量安全监测工作提供了有力保障。
