| 摘 要： | 目的建立超高效液相色谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)同时测定功能性饮品和抗疲劳类保健食品中非法添加的11种化学药物。方法采用Waters BEH C_(18)柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-10 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(冰醋酸调p H至3.5)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速0.2 mL/min。二极管阵列检测,外标法定量。结果 11种化合物在浓度为1.0~50μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r0.998)。在10、20、40μg/mL 3个添加水平的回收率为91.8%~104.6%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。结论该法具有较好的专属性、线性、回收率和精密度,可用于抗疲劳类保健食品中非法添加的11种化学药物的同时测定。
