| 摘 要： | 目的系统研究食品接触用铝箔纸中铝的迁移条件和检测方法。方法结合食品接触用铝箔纸实际接触条件,模拟3种迁移实验条件,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行对铝迁移量检测。结果该方法检出限为0.5μg/L,线性范围宽,加标回收率为87.0%～99.2%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)在0.4%～5.5%(n=6)。结论建立的方法适合食品接触用材料铝箔在不同迁移条件下的铝迁移量的检测。
