我国食用农产品商品过度包装情况的现状调查

目的 了解和分析我国食用农产品商品过度包装的现状，为完善食用农产品商品过度包装的治理提供数据支持。方法 通过问卷调研的方式获取54类食用农产品商品的包装层数，包装空隙比和包装成本等数据，并对结果进行分析和讨论。结果 各类食用农产品商品的平均包装层数低于3层，但小圆软果品、干制蔬菜和代用茶存在包装层数超过3层的案例。各类食用农产品商品的平均包装成本不超过15%，但茶叶和代用茶的包装成本占比较高。粮食及其副产品在包装空隙比上的超标风险较低，但茶叶的空隙比超标率达45.45%。结论 食用农产品商品过度包装现象并不普遍，但存在层数过多，成本和空隙比高的案例，其中粮食及其副产品、茶叶、小圆软果品、干制蔬菜和代用茶的商品包装需要重点关注。建议采取措施进一步完善限制食用农产品商品过度包装的标准，重点关注过度包装现象突出的食用农产品商品品类，推进食用农产品商品包装品质升级和技术创新。

Investigation on the current situation of excessive packaging of edible agricultural products in China

Objective To understand and analyze the current situation of excessive packaging of edible agricultural products in China, and provide data support for improving the governance of excessive packaging of edible agricultural products. Methods The data of packaging layers, packaging interspace ratio and packaging cost of 54 types of edible agricultural products were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the results were analyzed and discussed. Results The average number of packaging layers of various edible agricultural products is less than 3 layers, but there are cases where the packaging layers of small round soft fruits, dried vegetables and substitute teas exceed 3 layers. The average packaging cost of various edible agricultural products does not exceed 15%, but the packaging cost of tea leaves and substitute teas accounts for a relatively high proportion. The risk of exceeding the standard in the interspace ratio of grain and its by-products is relatively low, but the tea is as high as 45.45%. Conclusion The excessive packaging of most types of edible agricultural products is not prominent, but some types of edible agricultural products have too many layers and high cost and interspace ratio. Among them, grain and its by-products, tea, small round soft fruits, dried vegetables and substitute teas needs special attention. It is recommended to take measures to further improve the standards for restricting excessive packaging of edible commodities, focus on edible agricultural products with prominent excessive packaging, and promote the upgrading of edible agricultural product packaging quality and technological innovation.
