摘    要:造纸法烟草薄片的生产过程中,烟梗、烟末的传统高浓混合磨浆存在许多弊端:浆料均匀性差,细小组分多,留着率和滤水性能差,成纸松厚度降低。本研究分别考察了烟梗、烟末的制浆方式对烟草薄片物理性能的影响,同时对不同烟梗的磨浆方式所抄造烟草薄片的有害物质进行了检测。结果表明:烟梗采用低浓磨浆方式,添加60~80目的烟末抄造的烟草薄片,松厚度和柔软性都得到改善;其疏松的结构有利于烟丝充分燃烧,同时达到降低有害物质的目的。

Abstract:In traditional process of reconstituted tobacco sheet by papermaking method,the mixture of stem and scrap are refined at a high concentration,however,there are many drawbacks such as non-uniform tobacco pulp,too much fine components,the declining of retention and filtration and the decreasing of the bulk.So the effects of different pulping processes of stem and scrap on physical properties of the reconstituted tobacco sheet were investigated,and hazardous substances in the reconstituted tobacco sheet made by stem in different pulping processes was detected as well.The results showed that in the condition of stem refined at low concentration,the pretreated scrap that passed 60 mesh and was retained on the 80 mesh screen added in the reconstituted tobacco sheet,the bulk and softness of the reconstituted tobacco sheet was improved.Thereby,the loose structure contribute to the full combustion of tobacco as a result of reducing the harmful substances.
