| Abstract: | The measure method of specific surface area and microparticle diameter of colloidal silica by titration with sodium hydroxide was introduced in this paper, which is a simple method. Some samples of col-loidal silica were made, and their specific surface area and micro-particle diameter were determined, and their drainage ability to pulp was tested. The result showed that the specific surface area and microparticle diameter of colloidal silica were very important parameters. |
