| 摘 要： | 把原料结构调整到以木材为主,开发速生阔叶材是一条行之有效的解决途径。本文论述了速生阔叶木APMP制浆工艺及浆料性能,以及硅酸钠在APMP漂白工艺中的应用。同时介绍了最近开发的一种新工艺P—RC。主要包括木片预处理(P),盘磨化学处理(RC)及木片经预浸后漂白反应在两者之间的合理分配等。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to adjust the structure of the raw materials to solve the survival crisis problem caused by the press of circumstance protection" and international competition". And the timber should be a main materials to make pulp, while development of the fast growing hardwood is a effective approach. The paper discusses the pulping techniques of APMP and the capability of the pulp. The application of Na2SiO3 in the APMP was also discussed. Simultantely, introduces the new techniques P - RC which is exploited lately. The main process includes the chip pretreatment (p), ground chemical treatment (RC) and the bleaching distribute between this two process after the chip pretreatment etc. |
