| 摘 要： | 提高育果袋纸的抗水性是主要研究方向,施胶剂更是这一研究的重点。本实验选用ASA(烯基琥珀酸酐)、AKD(烷基烯酮二聚体)和复合胶料(蜡乳液与阳离子分散松香胶的混合乳液),分别对育果袋纸进行浆内施胶,对3种施胶剂的应用性能、施胶效果和成本进行了对比,并研究了不同施胶剂对成纸的持久抗水性能的影响。实验结果表明:3种施胶剂均能满足要求,但是从施胶效果和持久抗水性方面,中性施胶剂ASA和AKD优于复合胶料;持久抗水性方面ASA和AKD制得成纸的施胶度变化率为9.09和7.23,而复合胶料高达22.22;复合胶料的成本最低。
