| 摘 要： | 分析造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中各因素对焦油释放量的影响。主要对再造烟叶生产原料配方(梗叶比)、外纤添加、工艺条件(打浆度、定量、涂布率)、填料、钾盐等因素与烟气指标的影响进行了探讨,分析各因素与焦油释放量的关系,并提出降低焦油释放量的关键技术方法。

| Abstract: | The effect of production process on tar release of papermaking reconstituted tobacco is analyzed.The influence of smoke index with raw materials,fiber,process conditions (beating degree,quantitative and coating rate),fillers,potassium salts and other factors is discussed.The relatedness between various factors and tar release is analyzed,and the key technical methods to reduce the amount of tar released are proposed. |
