节能型多通道烘缸结构与传热机理

摘    要:探讨节能型多通道烘缸的结构及工作原理,指出多通道烘缸用于纸机干燥部可以减少烘缸内冷凝水量,有效地解决烘缸积水问题。从理论上对节能型多通道烘缸的传热机理进行了分析,并用数值模拟的方法对理论分析进行验证。结果表明:节能型多通道烘缸可以有效地提高烘缸传热效率,增加纸机单位时间产量,理论分析和数值模拟为多通道烘缸的结构设计提供了理论基础,但其结构仍需要在实际生产中验证与优化。
