| 摘 要： | 研究新闻纸在反复回用过程中纸页印刷性能的变化规律,重点探讨阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、阳离子淀粉(CS)、壳聚糖(CTS)对改善回用新闻纸印刷性能的效果。结果表明:新闻纸经回用后,白度、光散射系数、平滑度、不透明度、裂断长、表面强度均下降;第一次回用后下降的程度最大,其中光散射系数下降幅度为17.9%,正反面临界拉毛速度分别下降了32.8%和29.1%,裂断长下降幅度为55.5%;油墨吸收性能随回用次数的增加而提高。在本研究范围内,3种化学助剂均能改善回用新闻纸的印刷性能,其中CS用量为2%时效果最好。

| Abstract: | The change rule of printability of the newsprint during recycling was studied in this paper. CPAM, CS and CTS was used to improve the printability of recycled newsprint. The results indicated that the whiteness, light scattering coefficients, smoothness, opacity, breaking length and surface strength decreased with recycling. The degree of decrease was the most after first time. Light scattering coefficients decreased 17.9%; top and back side of critical picking velocity decreased 32.8% and 29.1% respectivel... |
