漆酶对漂白马尾松磨石磨木浆的酶法改性

摘    要:利用NS51003漆酶/介体系统对马尾松漂白磨石磨木浆(GP)进行生物酶处理及后续的H2O2漂白,并对酶处理浆漂白前后的白度和强度性能进行测定研究结果表明,利用漆酶NS51003处理马尾松未漂GP,可有效提高纸浆的白度及强度性能,而且酶处理后纸浆具有更好的可漂性,并且经过H2O2漂白后的酶处理浆亦具有更高的白度和更好的强度性能。

Abstract:The masson pine bleached groundwood pulp(GP) was treated with lacc as e NS 51003 together with a mediator and then bleached with hydrogen peroxide(H2O 2).The results showed that the laccase NS 51003 could improve the brightness and strength properties, and the treated pulp had a better bleachability. After it was bleached with H2O2 the treated pulp had a higher brightness and a better str ength properties than the control pulp.
