摘    要:分析了2013上海国际纺织工业展览会上棉纺环锭细纱机相关创新技术及其应用动向,对环锭细纱机高速高品质纺纱、高效工艺、节能省工、新结构纱线和管理提升等行业关注的热点技术进行跟踪;介绍高速集体落纱细纱机、集聚纺纱、假捻低扭矩纺纱、断头检测、自动落纱机和电锭驱动等参展产品的技术特征,评述应用状况与前景;指出创新技术在产业化中的应用,是行业技术升级版的构成,传统的纺织工业应用信息技术、驱动控制技术、新材料和新工艺助推技术和管理升级,节能省工、增产增效、市场拓展是产业由大转强的必由之路。

Abstract:Analysis is done to the innovation related technology of ring spinning of cotton fiber in the Shang- haitex 2013~ plus the technolgy development prospect,following analysis is done to the hot problems such as hi-speed and hi-quality spinning, high efficiency, economy of energy and labor, yarn with new structure and the management promotion. Introduction is made to the hi-speed spinning frame with group doffing, comact spinning,spinning with false of low moment, breakage detection and auto-doffing frame plus motor driven spinning system regarding the tech-specification and the application actuality and the prospect. It is pointed out that application of the innovation technology in the textile industry is the part of the tech-inno- vation in the industry. The only way to the powerful textile land includes application of the information technology,driving control technology, promotion of new material and new process and the upgrade of management, economy of energy and labor, increase of the production and efficiency, and market extension in the conventional textile industry.
